By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
If you don’t agree with any of these points please tell me first, once you send the money you agree with my T.O.S.
If you don’t accept them I have the right to not take the commission.
Not knowing my T.O.S.’s existence is not an excuse, again, by commissioning me you automatically agree to these terms.
Inability to fully follow my terms will result in a public black listing and a block.I always have the right to refuse/cancel a commission at any time (refund depending on the circumstances). You MUST be 18+ in order to purchase a commission. By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms.

Payments and refunds

• I require full payment upfront before I begin the commission. When the full payment is made I will check and then I’ll begin the commission. An unpaid commission is considered invalid.
• Payment must be done via Paypal (I will send you my PayPal after we discuss details).
• Fees are always expressed in USD (United States Dollars).
• No refunds will be given unless I fail to deliver the commission within 60 days, or if I initiate the refund sooner.
• PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE for complex designs & extra items.

Communication

I communicate through email ([email protected]), DMs (on X, Tumblr, Instagram), and telegram.

NSFW Anthros/ Furry (Ask to confirm what I am comfortable with!)
Suggestive art
Violence, blood, light gore
Fanart
Humans

Realism

Anything resembling a real person (without their consent)
Political art
Extreme fetish art (Ask about this)
Hate art/Hateful images/symbols
Extreme gore
Cub art
Scat art
NSFW Feral Animals
Incest + pedophiliaI reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

Wait Time/Deadlines

My average turnaround time for my art is 2 weeks. Turnaround time is based solely on my queue and how complex your commission is. I always send WIPs/ updates when I have them and will confirm the sketch, line and color with the client before completion.
If you have a specific deadline for the piece it MUST be made clear. Rush fees will be charged 50% of the total quote.

References

Please provide full, clean, and accurate image(s)/references for your commission. If a client fails to provide an accurate reference and wishes for me to change the piece after I finish, I will charge an editing fee.

Process

-Drawing will be put into the queue (Trello) after payment is made.
-Queue will be on a first come first serve basis, unless rush fee is agreed on.
-Please state clearly if you are looking for a specific pose/idea or if you’d like an artistic freedom piece. This will make the process much smoother.
-I will provide the client with a rough sketch for them to review before moving onto linework/coloring.
-You may contact me for an update at any point during the commission process.
-Once the final delivery is sent, my job is done. Client is responsible for storing all deliverables.

Edits

-I ALWAYS send wips so you can tell me if you want to change something.
-I only offer 2 free revisions during the sketching/flat color stage, A revisions beyond this point will not be free and will be depending on size.
-I can change the full pose two times on sketch only, once I start the lineart it can’t be fully changed.
-When I finish a commission, I will only edit mistakes for free. Mistakes include missed details that are on the reference as well as technical issues.
-If you request any kind of change once the art is finished I will add an editing fee for, which will vary. Typically they are $20-$50+.

What I can do with your commission

Promote and post the artwork to any of my social media accounts or portfolio, unless I have explicitly agreed not to.
Use the artwork as an example for future commission openings.
Include the commission in any galleries or portfolios of my work.
I reserve the right to use any rejected sketch as a YCH

What you can do

You can post any art you have received from me on any social media as long as there is a LINK or a TAG to my profile. You can also use art made for you as profile pictures, backgrounds, etc.
Edit or crop the art. If my watermark is removed for any reason, please try to give credit.
Print or produce items featuring this art for personal use only.
You have the right to use the commission for social media branding, as long as you are not selling any merchandise with the design.
You are allowed to claim/maintain ownership of the character(s)

What You Can’t Do

I do NOT allow the piece to be reproduced for commercial purposes.
Do not claim that you created the commission.
You may not edit my art in any way. Cropping and filters is okay, but do not directly draw/ edit the art.
If you buy something from me to immediately flip for profit I will blacklist you.
You may NOT use my work for NFT’s/ any blockchain related technology. Action will be taken against anyone doing this and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again. I do not support NFT’s and don’t want my work being used for that.
I request that clients do NOT alter or remove my watermark. It is there to prevent theft.
I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY WORK BEING USED FOR AI ART. EVEN IF YOU PURCHASE A COMMISSION FROM ME, YOU MAY NOT USE IT FOR AI ART OR AI MODEL TRAINING.
